Chainmale's 1982 political extravaganza...
All I know about this guy is that he was based in Tasmania and attempted a music career.  My best guess is that he is a South African that migrated to Australia (judging by the Cape Town reference).

Update: Since uploading this video on youtube in 2011, I have moved from Sydney to the great city of Hobart - the place where this video clip was shot in 1982.  It's been a great move.  Much better livelihood than Sydney.
